<p>The current economy is also encouraging people to eat out less frequently in order to save some money, so quick easy recipes are a must in just about every household these days.</p>
<p>The most important thing to remember if you want to be able to produce a tasty meal at a moments notice or after a long, hard day, is to have some basic ingredients on hand in the pantry on a regular basis.</p>
<p>Most quick easy recipes will either include egg noodles, rice, or pasta, so keep a few packages on hand. Just about everyone loves a good starch, and they can be used to build a filling and delicious dinner.</p>
<p>You should also keep some canned goods on hand. Canned tuna, canned tomatoes, a few varieties of canned soup, and maybe even some canned beans, such as kidney beans, can be used in a lot of quick easy recipes.</p>

<p>Often the staple of most American lunches, people overlook the fact that they can be eaten for dinner also. However, forget about Subway or Quiznos. Your sandwiches should come from your kitchen and, preferrably consist of whole wheat bread. For toppings you can pick between tuna and lean lunch meats, but make sure you use only a small amount of condiments. <p>Another kid favorite at my house. Probably because it reminds them of pizza and what kid doesn’t love pizza. It is an easy one, and one that I make a little different every time the main thing just being to grill pepperoni with the chicken to flavor it up.</p>
<p>Pan grill chicken breasts (left whole today, sometimes they get chopped up), with oregano (1 teaspoonish), minced garlic (1 tsp+), ¼ red bell pepper, ¼ green bell pepper, and a handful of chopped up pepperoni in approximately a tablespoon of butter or olive oil. When the chicken breast are almost finished scoop some of the pepperoni onto the top of the breasts and sprinkle cheese on it (I like parmesan or mozzarella) so it can melt down a bit while the second side browns.</p>

<p>You may be overwhelmed by the list of foods you can&#8217;t eat on a Candida free diet at first, but once you get the hang of yeast free eating you&#8217;ll recognize your meal possibilities instead of focusing on limitation. After all, you can eat a wide variety of meats and vegetables. There are many grains you can eat and you can even eat a few fruits, as long as they&#8217;re not the super sweet variety.</p>

<p>Eggs are a great way to start the day. Here&#8217;s a delicious vegetable omelet recipe.</p>
<p>1 green pepper thinly sliced1 shallot thinly sliced1 tomato chopped2 eggs1 clove garlic mincedsalt and pepper to taste</p>
<p>Saute the green pepper, onion and garlic in a skillet with a little bit of olive oil until the pepper is tender. Turn off heat and add chopped tomato and mix together. Beat two eggs in a bowl well. Add 1 teaspoon of water to the eggs and beat them some more to make them fluffy. Let your omelet pan get hot and add some oil to coat the pan. Pour in your eggs and let cook. When the eggs begin to set dump in the vegetables on half of the omelet. Then fold the omelet in half and slide it onto a plate.</p>
<p><strong>Lunch</strong></p>
<p>Soup and salad can make a delicious yeast free lunch. Here&#8217;s a lovely recipe for black bean soup and a Mexican style salad.</p>
<p>4 cups chicken, beef or vegetable stock4 cans black beans drained and rinsed1 large onion finely chopped2 cloves garlic minced1/2 teaspoon cumin1/2 teaspoon oregano1/2 teaspoon parsley3 green onions chopped1 large tomato chopped</p>
<p>Put some olive oil in a pot and add onion. Cook onion until the onion is translucent. Add garlic and cook for a minute. Add oregano and cumin to the pot then immediately add beans and stock. Use a potato masher to mash some of the beans. This will thicken the soup. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. When done cooking serve topped with green onion and tomato.</p>
<p>For your salad mix chopped avocado, tomato lettuce and green onion in a bowl and eat with black pepper.</p>
<p><strong>Dinner</strong></p>
<p>Grilled steak and veggies makes a delicious easy meal. Just season a steak with your favorite seasoning and put it on the grill. While you have that grill fired up why not grill your veggies too? I like to grill asparagus and zucchini. Just coat them lightly in olive oil and salt and pepper and put them on the grill.</p>

This is completely winged &#8211; I didn&#8217;t use a recipe (EEK!!!)</p>
<p>swirl of olive oil<br />
fry two onions &amp; some garlic (to taste)<br />
I added 2 chillis for a little heat<br />
fry until soft<br />
add tomatoes (i used our homegrown tomatoes &#8211; mixed with some overripe store bought tomatoes). Add bay leaves &amp; stock &#8211; bring to boil &#8211; season. Simmer for about 30 minutes and add fresh oregano (i should have used basil as well but we had no basil). I simmered this for about an hour to let the tomatoes breakdown and thicken up.</p>
<p>The rest was pretty simple&#8230;<br />
make pasta per packet instructions &#8211; add marina mix to pasta sauce (unfortunately the marina mix made my sauce very watery) top with grated parmesan &amp; eat!</p>
